At the gym vs at home

Hi Cathe. I am finding that when I do your workouts at the gym I am able to lift heavier weights than when I do the same workouts using your tapes at home. The difference is significant. I assume this is because, while using the tapes, I take shorter breaks in between sets home, and also do the sets faster.

Is my assumption correct? And, which is "better"? My goal is to gain size. I am 31, and have never weighed more than 110 lbs--even post baby. (except during pregnancy, where I gained 37 lbs)
I am getting some awesome definition in my arms.

Hi Mortonjs! If your goal is to gain size then spend more time lifting slower with longer breaks. But you still want to shock your muscles with variety though so be sure to change up with your home workout methods too. Good Luck!
