AT Awesome workout

I did AT last evening, wow, i had to stop a few time for the first session! today i am feeling the pain.......good pain, looking forward to yoga max today!:D
 
This is my favorite from LIS. It's been in my rotation every Sunday for the past three weeks, a perfect way to start the week with a bang!
 
Love AT!! Love the basic step cardio and weight segments. Love the variety; how she uses dumbbells, firewalkers, tubing, discs. A perfect workout :)
