...to help w/ this? My Dr. found I have arthritis in my neck after a CT scan when I hurt my back. Do you know of any exercises (or anything) that will help w/ this. She said it won't go away, but exersices can help "keep it at bay". Thanks Cathe!!!!!!!!! Kay

ginger (I'm not Cathe)

Some people find it to be helpful for arthritis pain. You just take it as a pill. My mother uses it. I actually sprinkle it on painful paper cuts and it does take the pain away. I don't know what the mechanism is for the arthritis. But, it seems like a benign thing to try. I hope you get better. My grandmother found that avoiding red meat made a major difference in her arthritis which had her bed bound. You might try avoiding red meat.

Good luck.

At this point it doesn't bother me, didn't even know I had it. My neck gets "tired" during certain ab routines where the head isn't supported, but other than that, I feel fine. I'll try thr ginger, thanks! Kay
