arms and glutes

Hi Cathe,

I use the treadmill, bike and elyptical everyday. I use weights and I try to use your videos, but time limits me.

I want to have the definition in my arms that you have in yours and the other girls on your videos. What do you do on a daily basis to get that look?

I want to slim my hip area, glutes and hamstrings. What do you do on a daily basis to keep your body so toned and perfect?
