Hi Cathe,
Are you still running? If so, how often do you run and what other cardio do you do on top of that? I tried it for 30 minutes this week and was going so slow that it took everything I had in me to pass an elderly man who was walking. My hip flexors are killing me! Just so you know I am fairly fit (or so I thought!) and have done 3-5 of your cardio tapes per week for years! (and weights too!).
