Are there problems with the email link for Customer Service?

I have twice tried to send an email to the [email protected] address (by clicking on the yellow link under customer service) and have twice received undeliverable messages back from the postmaster.

I received a video with poor sound quality (Step, Jump and Pump) and would like to have it replaced.

I'm no computer guru, but sometimes my ISP will bounce back perfectly good messages for no reason. If the problem is not on SNM's end, it could have been a glitch at your ISP.
