Are floor work exercises the same as strength workouts ?

Hi All,

I am confused ! I am just wondering - if it is recommended that a day should be put in between strength workouts with weights, is it wise to do cardio on this day in between, and possibly body conditioning exercises using the body as resistance ? or would it be better to just do the cardio ? Can you do too much cardio in one week ? What are the recommended amounts of cardio per week ?
I must add I need to lose weight, so cardio is quite an important aspect of my fitness week ?

Please help me to understand !!!!!!!!! :)

Hello Anna,

Yes, you should leave 24-48 hours between weight work outs especially Cathe's work outs as they are tough. You can do any cardio tape that does not include heavy lifting on this day off.
