Off of the subject, however, I just found Whole Foods!!! I am so excited that we have one in Minnesota. We did all of our shopping there in California so to come home and find one was just great! P.S. I was thinking of cross training with hiking. Know of any good/intense places in the Twin Cities? Thanks!!

Hi, Jillybean! I don't know about hiking in terms of backpacking and daylong treks and what have you, but Clifton French Park in Plymouth has some great walking trails, AND it has a steep little bunny slope that you can walk up and get some some great cardio and leg conditioning work in! I call it "Musclebutt Mountain", and you can do an Interval Workout For Dummies just by walking UP the hill, going to the bottom of the hill, walking UP the hill . . . you are absolutely gasping by the time you get to the top!

Do you have to pay to get in? Which highway would I take to get there? That is exactly what I was talking about! There is also a great one in bloomington at the Minnesota river bottom, however, it is washed out because of the rain. But do try that one sometime! Tough!
