hello,

I really like your Turkey mish mosh from a couple of years ago. I do it every now and then when I want to shake things up a bit. Do you have other similar mish moshes? Is there a list somewhere?

Hi, Jane, and glad you liked one of my mish-moshes! Yes, I cranked out many mish-moshes over the past few years. The best way to pull them up is simply to do a search with key words "mish mosh" and "mish-mosh" (sometimes I would hyphenate the term, sometimes not), and the links will come up. Many other Catheletes have also come up with some goodies.

Also, on the Rotations forum I came up with a 4-week rotation incorporating the Hard Core series, refashioned into the CTX format (30-35 minutes cardio then isolated muscle group training, a different group each day, for about 1 hour total workout time 6 days per week) that I'm particularly proud of; I called it "The Hard Core Faux CTX Rotation" (or something close to that). If this is of interest, go to the Rotations forum and do a search using keyword "Faux"; that will pull it up.
