I have all the vhs versions and feel as if they are great on tape but was wondering how the bootcamp and me dvd are.I know there is a lot of premixs and read the description. But I didn't read that there are premixes where the 2 are used together. Are there or are they premixed seperate and you have to program your dvd player to do them both together.I hate to program my dvd player it takes forever. So if you could enlighten me it would be appreciated. This is the only one of this series that interest me on dvd.I have the terminater and love to just do all the bc cardio for 20 minutes and I thought this may even be better (again I hate to program;( )With all the bc ab work:7 .But will be buying all the new series in dvd I was riding on the fence about buying them all I have to many I don't use now esp. step I luv hi/low syle and luv imax 1 and 2 but hate corographed moves ,I like athletic moves. But I am buying all since I know I will get them all anyway. Thanks for the info;-)

To Cathe's credit, the intensity series does have some of the best mix and matching possiblities I have ever seen on DVD. There are so many workouts possible with this series, and CTX. I believe what you are referring to is the Bonus Combo on this DVD, which is over a hour but combines both ME and Boot camp segments. I have never done it so I don't know what segments. I think I could live without ME but not without BC. I don't especially like to do that DVD as a whole, but I love mixing the cardio only with other stuff or doing what Aquajock does..doing the cardio with lower body...etc. I hope she responds to help you! Just wanted to let you know I NEVER program my DVD and the IS has great possibilities even without doing that!

Hi! Sorry this took me so long to respond to. Yes, the Boot Camp / Muscle Endurance DVD has a bonus feature that mishes and moshes the two workouts together. Alas, I haven't previewed it nor have I done it, so I can't speak to what it actually consists of, but I'm sure it's great. Probably more muscle-oriented than cardio-oriented, but many people gravitate toward that. You don't have to program your DVD to do that bonus mix.

I'm pretty lame about programming my DVD player as well with the instructions (written seemingly in Swahili) in my DVD book. However, I have a Sony 5-disc player that does the next best thing: it marks where it left off on a certain DVD program if you hit "STOP", and there's this cute little "disc skip" feature that just advances you to the next DVD. So, before each workout I can just load up my discs, quickly mark each point where I want it to be played, cycle all the discs back to the beginning and go. Simple solutions for a simple mind.

Hope this helps! You WILL love this DVD!
