Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday April 20, 2017 at 9:15 am EST we will be doing Upper Body Bootcamp live. Get ready to move quickly from exercise to exercise with moderate to heavy weight. Here is your pattern: three same-body-part exercises plus one core. Ie: chest exercise #1 #2 #3 plus one core.... then move onto the same concept for back grouping, shoulder grouping, bicep grouping and tricep grouping. If we have time (I think we will) we will repeat the pattern again with new exercises. Yippee
