Hi ladies...

checking in today with a schedule rest day. I am going to do some stretch and or pilates though. I am also teaching homeschool PE today. But, that is not much exercise for me. The kids will be playing kickball today...

Hope everyone is doing well today. I am a little sore from Muscle Max. Stretching will help that out..

Hi Everyone!

Busy day for me, since I worked last night, and so did hubby...

And then I slept through my alarm, so I had to do a quickie workout. Called for was a 40 minutes steddy paced run (which i will definitely do later in the week too), but I did Hip Hop Abs 2, Cardio Fat Burner. It was good for me, since I'm not 100% with this sinus thing, and I felt it. But if I was feeling good, I don't think it would be a "fat burner"..LOL!. I definitely worked me some abs, alot of standing crunch type ab work..

Kathy... I bet Muscle Max was tough!! Good job on DOMS and doing some stretches!!

I'm off now to get my boys to their last day of CCD...

Chris: Wow, last day of CCD already. Our last day of CCD is May 18th...Chris' First Holy Communion is the 10th of May..
 
Yeah, can you believe the year is (almost) over?

Alex has a week off for school vacation next week, and then the week after, 2 rehearsals. And First Communion is May 3rd!!

Oh, hey! I forgot to mention, strangely enough , that I had wicked DOMS in my buttocks from Tony Horton's Thigh Trimmer yesterday! it's weird, because I didn't use any weights, and really wasn't expecting it. Guess cross training really gets ya!

Hoping I feel my "hip hop" abs tomorrow... My GAWD, when Shaun T lifts his shirt to show his abs and low rise pants... I get all distracted!! LOL!! Hellooooo!!!
