Check back later. Have a great workout!!

Hi ladies:)
I just finished 4DS LIS abs, 4DS back and bi's then B&G stability ball abs. My abs havent been sore lately so I think i'm going to try to fry them when I work them
}( . Kathy, it's always harder to work your legs when they're sore Great JOb!!

Hi!!!

I just got done with something I haven't done in 5+ weeks!... A STEP workout! I did Step Blast... what a good sweat that was! I could tell my body wasn't used to it, my HR got up there pretty quickly. It was tons of fun though.

I had to mix up my workouts this week, because I doubled up yesterday. So today is Step Blast, and then I added standing Ab work from Ab Jam (Turbo Jam). tomorrow is Maximum Intensity Strength, which also includes Abs. I think I'll be ok!

My headache is officially GONE! But for some reason I didn't sleep last night. Figures! I'm tired, but no headache today!!!

I agree, Randi. It's so much harder to work your legs when they're still sore. And PLB is tough! Let me know how the stability ball went! Owie!!!

I'd say it sounds like you got in some great ab work, Randi. I like mixing in standing ab work , like Turbo Jam, or now I have Hip Hop Abs (standing with weights). It works your core so differently and I always end up feeling it the next day. Especially in my obliques. Or maybe you could do some Pilates for abs?

Anyhow... off I go to the grocery store! Joy joy!!

Hi ladies!

It is tougher to work sore legs. But, I can tell what muscles are being worked with each exercise when they are a little sore...Had a great workout..

Happy Friday all!

Great workouts everyone! Kathy, your legs will really be talking to you tomorrow!

Chris, I did Step Blast today too! I decided I'm going to follow this generic rotation that I think someone posted on videofitness (or maybe here, I'm not sure). It goes like this:
Day 1 - Cardio
Day 2 - Circuit
Day 3 - Cardio
Day 4 - 2 or 3 upper body parts (I'll probably add cardio)
Day 5 - legs
Day 6 - other upper body parts

That way I work everything twice a week and have the flexibility to choose which workout I want to do. I have so many good circuit workouts, too. So I started with Monday today with Step Blast. Tomorrow I'm planning on Low Impact Circuit. It's supposed to be in the 60s this weekend (yeah!!!), so hopefully I can run Sunday. First time in a long time - it'll be interesting to see how that goes.

Randi, any fun dates lately or planned? :)

Have a great weekend all!
