Appreciate the older Cathe workouts

Hello again,

I have returned to the boards after being off for a few years. Surgery, change of jobs and relocating to another state have kept me from the forums, although I have been working out consistently. This thread grabbed my attention. I think I have all of the Cathe workouts and routinely mix up the older work outs with the newer ones. . My oldies but goodies list: The terminator, SJP/step blast 85 minute pre- mix, MIC, KPC , Rhythmic Step, Power Max, and Leanlegs.

Step Jam, which is on Classics volume 1, is a favorite of mine. The choreography is straightforward, and the workout is a good cardiovascular challenge.
