'Application not found'

After I download the 'Workout Blender' to my desktop, I try and click on the icon, and get a little box that pops up, telling me the 'application is not found'. Anyone have any advice on this?

ran the 'fix' for 'zip'. That worked, then when I installed the WOB--everything went fine! I imported my downloads and am rockin' to my new workouts. This may be helpful for someone else.
