Anyone who had flabby upper body and now toned?

I just started this week a modified Tank Top Rotation using Pyramids and PS since I don't have CTX. I'm wondering if anyone who has had really flabby upper body seen some success with this rotation. I have seen major improvement since starting with CATHE in my UB. I'm really trying to remain focused and positive and I realize that this is NOT an overnight process, but I'm hoping to see some improvement since my UB is my biggest challenge. THANKS!
 
When I started out with Cathe almost three years ago I too had a flabby upper body.

I have found the most upper body success with using PUB and PS upper body once a week.
 
For upper body, I do PUB at least once a week in addition to Boot Camp, Cardio & Weights or Muscle Endurance. My triceps are really getting cut. Abs are everyday. Within 2 weeks you should see a change. Don't forget your cardio, so you can lose any fat over the muscle.

Well, what I did was a PUB/PS rotation for about 6 weeks. Then I did an endurance rotation with Power Hour/ME for about 6 weeks. Then I went back to PUB/PS again for about 6 weeks. So I guess you could say that to where I am now took about 18 weeks.

But, I did see results from PUB/PS after the first rotation. Now they are even more defined.

Make sure you are getting enough protein, too, because this plays a big part. I usually get anywhere between 70 - 90 grams a day.
