Anyone want to try a rotation for STS using present DVD's?

Educated crowd,

I also posted this on "Ask Cathe" forum;

I have all of Cathe's DVD's. Would it be possible to approximate an STS series with the workouts that are available? I am really ready to get stronger and work hard and don't want to wait until Spring. This rotation would mean a whole bunch to me until the real STS series is available. I'm fairly certain I know my 1RM for every body part and I have a Smith machine (calling to me) and a pull up bar in the doorway. I'm just one of many people, but could you would you?

I've been contemplating the very same thing. I printed up Cathe's description of the STS rotation today and am thinking I could use the Gymstyles for the 2nd mesocycle and Slow and Heavy for the 3rd mesocycle, but I'm not sure how to do the 1st cycle of Endurance workout split into 3 days of different areas of focus (chest, biceps, etc.) Maybe someone else has ideas on that or I was just thinking of doing 2 total body workouts and one ME lower body workout.
