Does anyone use this bonus premix. It looks to be a whopper of a workout. I saw the breakdown on the forum, but would like to hear from someone who has actually done it. It looks like there is a bit less cardio and more weights...is that correct? I will try it this week and see. BC cardio segments kick my butt so I was thinking even though this premix is longer it would allow more rest between cardio where more weight segments from ME were added. First time I ever did BC I almost hurled, I was too stubborn to stop and take a rest so I pushed on, not too smart, LOL
