Anyone use BC/ME BONUS Workout?

Does anyone use this bonus premix. It looks to be a whopper of a workout. I saw the breakdown on the forum, but would like to hear from someone who has actually done it. It looks like there is a bit less cardio and more weights...is that correct? I will try it this week and see. BC cardio segments kick my butt so I was thinking even though this premix is longer it would allow more rest between cardio where more weight segments from ME were added. First time I ever did BC I almost hurled, I was too stubborn to stop and take a rest so I pushed on, not too smart, LOL

I love this premix and use it often. I have some knee issues so cant always do sustained cardio so this one is good for a strength training workout with a bit of cardio thrown in to help elevate your heart rate.
 
I have done this work out once so far. I had to TOTALLY modify the cardio because it's all high impact but I still enjoyed the work out thoroughly. It is definately mostly weight work but the one minute cardio intervals are INTENSE as done by Cathe and crew. I can't wait to do this work out w/o having to modify the cardio!:)

I consider myself very very lucky to have the energy, good health and the healthy pregnancy that allows me to stay as active as I have been. I have also heard many times over how staying active really helps a pregnant woman in sooo many ways during pregnancy, L & D and even afterwards to get back to her pre-pregnancy shape and that has really helped to keep me motivated!

I must admit though...this belly has gotten quite heavy lately and it is certainly getting harder to maintain the activity level plus the fact that I can't get through my work outs without taking atleast one pee break! lol

I, too, am in awe of what you do and think it is truly a miracle that you can do the workouts you do. As someone who suffered with severe nausea the whole nine months with both kids, I just get so thrilled when I "see" someone like you really going at it. Good for you and God Bless that lil' miracle inside. Not much longer til we get to hear all the FUN details!

I'm a little late here, but I love this workout, the BC/ME combo. I use it as a circuit workout.
 
Ok......I'm about to pop the DVD In, wish me luck on this combo workout. If you don't hear back from me within 80 minutes call the paramedics, LOL

I haven't done this workout in a LONG time, but I remember loving it. After I'm done with the HC's I hope to do or at least incorporate more workouts from the I-series into my rotation.

Okay I finished. Unfortunately I had to stop for about 20 mintues. Working from home and these da#@ people actually want me to work! I had to stop huffing and puffing when the phone rang, that was tough to hide. It was good, feels like I have a whole other DVD in my collection. It had a lot of leg work, was going to do L&G tomorrow...nevermind.
