Anyone tried Powerstrike2?

I just got this tape yesterday from the millenium series. I did it yesterday and am in serious pain today...in a good way. That kickboxing program in SERIOUS and I was sweatin' like crazy afterwards more so that I am after KickMax or KPC. I wanted another kickboxing tape and I'm so glad I got this. It's a great addition to the others I have.

I love Powerstrike 1 and 2! IMO, they are more intense than any other kickboxing tapes I've tried. I know what you mean about being in pain! }( #2 always makes my lats sore. #1 makes my butt sore! :eek:
 
I'll have to try #1 then because my lats are very sore today...very sore...haha. Must have been all those hooks.
 
Ooh, sounds like a great workout! Where can I look this up and see a preview of it? Are the moves easy to do and do you think this workout would be tough on the lower back? Thanks. Bam
 
I'm glad to hear positive reviews of the workout. My gym actually offers this glass and Ilaria Montagnani actually taught the class last week here in Chicago. The class is offered at times I don't feel like going downtown(weekends especially), so I haven't taken the class. But since the dvd hasgotten good reviews, I think I'll go ahead and buy the DVD.

I have Powerstrike Millenium I, II and III, as well as about 8 other Powerstrike videos from previous incarnations. I just wish they were all on DVD, because they are fabulous workouts! My favorite kickboxing. Authentic feeling, well-instructed and great form.

FYI: Illaria is supposed to come out with some new workouts later this year (she and Patricia are no longer working together). I can't wait! I always get a great workout from them, and they make me feel powerful and strong.

To clarify: they only carry PS MIII (which many find to be not as intense as I and II, which are, unfortunately only on video). I personally like MIII as an 'attention to detail' workout.
 
*backs away from computer shaking her head* Oh no, I just bought the Tracie Long series - I'm not going to fall victim to this one, too... I'm NOT! You hear me!

For some odd reason, Collage has it listed as Power Strike (two words) so looking up Powerstrike (one word) doesn't bring it up.

I ended up buying both PS 1 & 2. I got them from Homeworkout.com - shipping is about the same as Collage, plus they're closer and they send USPS (I prefer USPS - it gets here sooo much quicker and is cheaper - never thought I'd say that!)

Oh my...I can so relate. My DH said UPS has decided to buy the house next door...he said they thought it would be much more cost effective to have a satellite station near by with all the packages I get delivered:eek: Yikes!
