I stopped Fitness after seeing the "Fast Food diet" they published a few years back. They had one of the staff perform the diet for a week and log her "journey". She felt like crap, she was tired and had no motivation to workout but HEY...she lost a pound and a half!!! Idiots!
Shape is same old same old. But if you never had a subscription, it will be new and fun!
