I took a look at the web-site & haven't quite figured out what it's really about. My curiosity has gotten the best of me & would like to know. I can't even figure out where to actually buy/look at the book.

I went through all of the subsections and still don't get what this book is about! I can't even find it on Amazon! Now I'm really curious!

I think its a spoof. I don't think that there is a real book. Incidentally, Apple head quarters in Cupertino is on "One Infinite Loop."

Ok. Now I think I get it. The internal astronaut idea is not dissimilar from some of the ideas I've heard from Yogi's. The "Internal" astronaut is the person on a quest to discover themselves. Think. In other words think real hard. Or meditate. Via that little doo dad that flickered images to get you into a trance.
