Anyone have the TIMESAVER DVD?

Hi Kali,
I have both and would recomend RS. I never use the Timesaver anymore. The workouts were too easy and kind of choppy. If I am running short on time I do a CTX workout or one of my own mishmoshes.

I have RS and the TS. I like the TS for short w/os but have to admit I don't use it a lot. RS would be a good choice. I am using the TS on the Sept rotation when I calls for SJP. I don't have SJP but can make my own workout from the TS since it has parts of SJP on it.

I have both as well, and while RS seems like a great step workout, I've only done it once since I got it over a year ago, believe it or not! I'm not sure why, really; I guess maybe I find the other step workouts (Step Blast, Imax 2, Low Max, etc.) so much fun I never get around to it!!

I've done Timesaver as a rotation for a week a few times and, while I DO like it, I much prefer to do premixes from the actual Body Blast workouts themselves (since I have the series)...also, all the workouts on TS are fairly short, and lower in intensity EXCEPT for that first one that has the push-ups...in my opinion, those are the hardest push-ups, no doubt, that I've ever encountered on any of Cathe's workouts!!

Kali:

TS is only worth getting if you don't have the other DVDs in the Body Blast series. There is only a little new material. I only use this for the workouts I don't have... RS is a much better choice! And I just got CTX and like it so far...

Good luck!
Marie
