ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME?

Hi,
I have been reading through all the rotation workouts and I'm not really sure which one would be good for me. I've been doing different workouts of Cathe's for the past month now. I'm not over weight but would like to lose about 10lbs at the most. I'd like to be a little more toned up too. Anyone have any suggestions on what type of rotation would be the best for me? I've been doing cardio Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and total body toning with weights on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I take Saturday and Sundays off. I know they say to change up your routine, but I'm not sure how.I've been going over my list of workout video's and just can't figure out how to go about it. I have a fairly large selection of tapes that range from cathe, Denise Austin, Kathy Smith and the Firm. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It would be most helpful if you could list specific videos you have used lately in your past few rotations so we can get an idea of what your recent intensity level has been. Thanks!

When you say you've been "reading through all the rotation workouts," do you mean the 4 volumes that KatheS put together? If not, I suggest you look at www.fitnessvideofanatics.com & check out all of those. There are a few rotations (to say the least)that can give you some help.

I've been working out with Cathe alot lately. I've been doing step heat, all step, circuit max, power max, MIS and today I done step mega blast for the first time.I'm 33 and I do use a heart rate monitor and for today it said my average was 155. I have done all these workouts on the lowest step height. I also just bought the newest firm video's. In my collection of workout tapes are Denise Austin, Gilad, lots of cathe, the firms, Step reebok, Christi Taylor Hi/lo heaven and a few Margaret Richard.
To gettingfit, yes,that was the site I seen. You are right, there are many rotations.
