Anyone get results with Brazilion Butt Lift?

I have a flat booty. Asking does this really work? I have about 30 pounds to loose. But with the weight loss wondering if I will go from flat butt to no butt at all. Looking to see if this really works or if anyone has other suggestions? Thanks all.

I have this and did a rotation and had great results. I firmed up and slimmed down all through out my waist, hips, thighs and ofcourse- my booty!:D

That way, you can use the videos/downloads you already have, and all that awesome Cathe motivation. But if you want something different it sounds like BBL works great.

Also, I noticed the way I sit seems to have an impact. I used to be very flat back there, but now I'm not (not because of weightloss). I often sit leaning to the side with my knees bent. I was just pondering that today actually. Or you could try using a fitness ball when you are using the computer or watching tv.
 
I am recovering from knee surgery right now. I dug BBL out and have been doing the floor work from it. It really gives a good burn! Back when I first got the set I liked it, but still thought Butts and Guts was better. It is a fun workout though! The instructor is very likeable. It might be his accent!:p
If you can get it cheap on Ebay, I think it is a nice addition to mix things up! The Beachbody ads drive me nuts though!!!!

Hi,

I have not got Brazilian Butt workout...

What worked for me is a combination of various cathe's program and dvd. Long steady-pace cardio without strength training did flatten my bottom :mad::mad::mad:

When I changed my cardio for more Hiit/metabolic program and combined it to strength, I regain back the shape. What worked for me is heavy squat, lunges and deadlift...I have also added more variety using various equipment Ball through cathe's program have enabled me to get results...I am intending to carry on shocking my body taking various challenges and will certainly get better and better.

All the best with BB from Beachbody program. My philosophy is whatever you do please ensure you are enjoying it, you're consistent and are eating clean. I would not have gained the result I have without cleaning my nutrition.

To conclude, Here is few move reputable to be the best: Sliding leg curl is a Killer in my opinion.It takes few second to get my glutes maximus activated :D:D:D
