Good Morning!
I am relatively new to Cathe - I have her three beginner workouts, the Gym Style "parts", Drill Max, Low Impact Circuit and High step Circuit. I have been doing my own little rotation using the GS work outs three days a week, and doing a cardio based dvd at least 2-3 times a week on alternate days. I can really feel my muscles growing and my endurance getting better each day.
My problem is I am not loosing any weight!!! I started out with Weight Watchers and even eating activity points I was starving. I switched to My Fitness Pal and am eating most of my exercise calories and I am starving. I was so hungry the last two days, I have just thrown any sort of eating plan out the window and just went for it!!!
I am overweight!!! I weigh 209 lbs and need to loose to around 145-155 which would put me at around 18-20% bodyfat based on my fat/lean ratio. I need to loose weight!
I was just wondering if anyone had tried BFFM and if so would you recommend it. I'm tired of spending money on different DIETS and am beginning to think that if I'm going to workout this hard, I need to adopt a more "bodybuilders" approach to eating.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Karen
