Hi Amazondotmom and WantFit,

I have posted alot about this on the Fitmom's forum. There is probably the most in depth post I placed over there, which is titled "Tricia". I tried putting the link in here, but couldn't get it to work. (It just sent me back to the forum list???) Anyway, I went into alot of detail about how to do the technique in that post.

Also, you could also do a search with Tupler in the keyword and you'll see several posts about this. I haven't used this much in the past year, so it's not as fresh in my mind as it was then. However; I did see results when using it. If you have questions feel free to post them here or email me.

HTH,

Tricia

Hi, Tricia,

Thanks for replying. But I could not find the actualy exercises for this particular concern. Could you let me know what kind of exercises brought you a good result?

Thanks

Actually, I"m in their challenge...its called Fit Yummy Mummy (clubfym.com)....the program is akin to Turbulence Training, Jillian Michaels, alwyn Cosgrove and all the current trainers....you are doing intervals and exercise sets so that you get maximum effects in your workout...the total time is 90 minutes a WEEK....the plan gives you lots of exercises and freebies too, and a nice forum to participate in....hey, tell them MichelleRN sent you! :) They are a nice group of gals.

wantfit- i absolutely love TT workouts. they are hard but short and sweet. really revv up the metabolism in a complete and effective full body workout. IMO
they only bad thing is if you only join the monthly program you get the program of the month and cannot go back and purchase pass month's programs.
