Anyone ever done RODNEY YEE "BURN" YOGA

I just got it and wondered if there are any reviews out there??

I was going to post on dvd/video questions but thought I might get more response here since its not a cathe dvd..I will check back in an hour or so

I have done his other ones and I have to say that they are just okay. Some of the poses are too hard for me. I am not the biggest yoga fan in the world though. You would probably get a better reply from a die hard yoga fan.
Actually I prefer the other man, his name is Brian I believe. He has several yoga tapes out, he is beautiful with his long wild dark hair, but talks alot. But I do like the tape "yoga for weight loss".

I haven't done this one, but I have other Rodney Yee tapes and I love them. I find his voice very soothing, which is nice. He cues well without there being too much "chatter." His style is move advanced, but I like that in my yoga. I enjoy feeling very twisted. Plus, as with all exercise, moves are easily modified to lower levels, so...... I'll have to check this one out!

I love Rodney! I haven't done this one because I prefer a faster motion, but I have a friend who got it and really liked it. You might want to check out collagevideo for the reviews there as well.

I agree though that nobody beats Brian Kest - LOVE HIM!
