Each time I would challenge myself to do a few more than last time and by the end of the rotation I was doing 150 on my toes and 60 on my knees. As Tony would say, "Do your best and forget the rest".

ya know what I'm worried about? what do you do AFTER STS??? where do you go from there? nothing else will compare!
