I am thinking about splitting up my days........cardio in the morning and weights at night........... but I always find excuses to not get out of bed in the morning to workout! I need motivators! My rotation right now is pretty lengthy and I would like to get part of it done before going to work, so I can really focus on the legs at night and it won't take up my whole evening............
Anyone want to start trying to workout in the AM, maybe start with four days a week??
Anyone who is already doing this, what keeps your motivation high in the mornings and how long did it take for your body to adjust to getting up and going right into a Cathe Cardio workout or a jog outside!!?? Also what does your rotation look like? Do you do cardio 5X a week in the morning and lift 5X a week at night??
