I love this one. For some reason, it just clicked with me. I am able to modify what I have to (knee issues) by subing Cardio Coach intervals for the imax's I don't have. So far, I'm able to sufficiently substitute non-step workouts where step workouts are and little by little, I'm able to do some of the step, as my knee feels better.
This month I'm mixing and matching between the months and I'm following the rotation but it still feels like I'm not.
Anyone else feel the same way? Or not?
