You may also want to try clicking on the HD button on your computer and changing your connection speed and see if that helps. Also, are you trying to play the high or low quality video file on your computer? The app uses HLS streaming which means it delivers the video at the best quality it determines your system can handle. If you have a low internet speed connection that is below what the system can deliver this could be your problem too. But giving us the results of a speed test using your computer is the best place to start.
