I did insanity for 2 weeks and my lower body got huge! Whats up with that?! My stomach, butt, thighs went poof. I had to stop it and its been a week or so and things are going back down. I am afraid to even try it anymore cause its too tramatic puffing up like that, it makes me so depressed when I'm busting my a** working out only to get big. Anyone else experience this?
