Anyone else have this problem?

I did insanity for 2 weeks and my lower body got huge! Whats up with that?! My stomach, butt, thighs went poof. I had to stop it and its been a week or so and things are going back down. I am afraid to even try it anymore cause its too tramatic puffing up like that, it makes me so depressed when I'm busting my a** working out only to get big. Anyone else experience this?

I never had that problem, but then again I never did the rotation strictly as Shaun T published it. I only do INSANITY on Sundays, usually a mish-mosh of 2-3 workouts or workout segments. And I've never omitted leg weight training from my weekly program. Which workouts did you do?

I'll bet an awful lot of that was fluid retention, especially if Insanity was a dramatic departure from your earlier rotations. I still love Insanity tons but could never do it to the exclusion of everything else even for one week. Maybe just pare it down to 1-2 times per week, feathering it in with other workouts AND weight training?
