Anyone done a Power Circuit, Body Max rotation?

Now that a new Body Max is coming out, I'm wondering if anyone has done a rotation doing the above two workouts that combine lower body weights and vigorous cardio.

If you've done such a rotation, what were the effects on your lower body? I want to slim mine down and I thought this might be a good way to save time. I've done Firm workouts in the past and found that they worked for a while, but then I plateaued. I figure I need more cardio than most Firm workouts provide, and thought these two workouts might provide a solution.

I welcome any comments.
 
If you don't get bored with 2 workouts and aren't concerned about upper body strength I'd say give it a go for 4 to 6 weeks and see what your results are.
Day 1: Body Max
Day 2: Some kind of Kickbox cardio
Day 3: Power Circuit maybe throwing in a short upper body workout
Day 4: Hi/Lo cardio or rest
Day 5: Cardio
Day 6: I would do Low Max here (very nice cardio/lower body intensive workout) or do Low Max for one of your other cardio days and add another circuit workout here on day 6
Day 7: Rest or cardio
