Anyone doing the undulating rotation currently?

I'm a couple weeks out from finishing the last mesocycle of a 6-month rotation.I already did the 3-month version and am trying to figure out what to do "next" to keep shocking it. I saw something about the undulating rotation and it toally piqued my interest. Is anyone doing this currently? I'd love your thoughts, if so! Gotta keeping shocking it to see results :)

I completed six months of STS this summer. The first rotation was the standard STS rotation and the second rotation I did as an undulating rotation. I enjoyed both rotations. I think that the undulating rotation was good because it was another shock for my body and it prevented me form becoming bored with STS.

Just finished the first 3 weeks of the Undulating Rotation (Meso 3/Week1, Meso 1/Week 1, Meso 2/Week 1) and I am beat!!!

Cathe advices that you should do one or two regular STS rotations (and be an advanced weight lifter) in order to move to an undulating rotation. Also, she noted that since this is a demanding rotation we should move the leg workout mid-week for all mesocycles to give our upper body more rest time (I have been feeling overworked the past 3 weeks and Cathe's advice was dead-on!!!)

Cathe posted the October 2009 rotation which is undulating STS. If I hadn't started the full 3-month STS undulation already, I would start Cathe's. Might do that in a couple of months.

I can't believe how versatile STS is! Definitely the best investment I've made for my health and fitness!

Chris.

P.S. What makes the undulating rotation fun for me is that I get to do pushups only once every three weeks!!! But I get to bench-press more frequently!!!

i want to do this undulating rotation, but i am really tired from 2 rounds w/STS. i love STS, but i need a break from it. it was very difficult to finish this time around, so i think i need to wait for a while before i do any STS again.
