Anyone doing the August (Bootcamp) rotation this month?

There was a thread on this, but I can't seem to find it? Is anyone doing the Bootcamp rotation this month? And when are you starting?
 
Good luck with it, I did it last month and the results were fabulous. September seems to be a piece of cake after that.

Hi There,

I had sent an email last week to see if anyone was starting the Bootcamp Rotation this month, but I had no takers!

I decided to go ahead and start it this past Monday anyway, as my kids had just started back at school, and what an AMAZING week it has been--I loove this workout!!! It is tough but SO MUCH FUN and I love pushing myself everyday!

If you (or anyone else out there) is interested, you could just start Week 2 tomorrow (Monday) and we'll all be at the same point, and then you could tack one Week 1 at the end (maybe I'll even be inspired to repeat week 1 with you all).

Let me know--would love to have company!!!!

I was soooooooooo hyped up to start this rotation tomorrow!! Then - on Friday - I sprained my ankle!:-( x( Doc tells me I can't work out for 3 weeks, but I put an air splint on and I thought maybe with that on I can attempt it. I attempted a jump onto the step today with it on and ----- there's no way. So think of me as you all get into this awesome looking rotation. Maybe I'll jump in in a week or two. Enjoy!

I started Saturday but I HAD to throw in a run this morning so tomorrow I'll only be on day 2. I'll join the check-in if there is one....;-)

Hi! I started it again. Tomorrow I'll be on day 5 but I'll need extra rest days so I'll even out with the group at some point; I'll join in on any threads if you start one.

I started it again last week.But went back to a different one this week-I looked like I had lost some muscle size when I came off of it.I did lose 7lbs.I will do it again a little later.I am basicaly doing the cardio(longer)but doing ps series instead of endurance wt work.I loved the rotation.
