anyone doing Cathe's August '07 rotation?

I'm just starting this myself and was curious if anyone's seen good results. My lower body is my arch enemy and I'm ready to take it down!
 
I just started it and am on Legs and Glutes today. I should be doing it right now but when it comes to working legs, it's my least favorite... but most needed. Like you said, Arch enemy is right. It will be interesting to see what others say and if they got results. I can't help but think you would have to with how hard you work.
 
My husband and I are both following this rotation, and both seeing results! Of course, it could be that this is the first Cathe rotation we've done and our body's are just responding well to the six day a week workouts. We're loving having a schedule to follow though!

I just did Body Max 2 today, and it kicked my booty. That one is just SO long. :)
