Anybody in the same boat ?

Hi

I was wondering if there was anybody else in the same boat as me -- I was a late October STS preorder in the US (TX), but have not received an email notification and am unable to track it online. I contacted SNM on Friday (after they shipped all the orders) and I got a response yesterday saying that they will "track down" the order and get back to me. I haven't heard anything since which makes me a little nervous. Just wondering if there are still people in the US in that 20% category who have not received nor have any idea if it is on the way some where.

I received mine yesterday but customer service has always been more than helpful, so I would anticipate that they'll take good care of you.

I too couldn't find anything that I had ordered this - I emailed customer service last week & within a couple days had an answer & received my STS yesterday
