hi all,

i ordered something yesterday from fwonline.com (fitness wholesale) but i have not heard anything. when i checked out they didn't give me the shipping charge but since they shipped ups i figured i would go by the chart they supplied. i have not heard anything about shipping charges, if they are processing, and when it will be shipped. i just got an email given my order # and what i ordered. i would just like to know if anybody else has dealt with them, i only ordered from them b/c there was a link here for it. thanks!

I've been ordering from them for years & never had a problem. I don't remember getting any emails quoting my shipping charges, but if it's a heavy shipment I would just call them & ask...or email.

it says its 4lbs, its a pair of risers for my step. and that their shipping chart says $6.20 b/c they ship UPS. its just strange that i haven't heard anything else back when all my other orders were ready to ship within hours of my order. maybe i am being silly but i am used to quick responses. i will wait until tomorrow and see if i hear anything else. thanks again.

Having thought about it, I don't think I've ever received a confirmation from them...I have a very vague memory that it used to bug me. I don't blame you for wondering!
BUT...they've never gotten an order wrong, I've always received everything quickly, & on 2 occasions they called me to suggest taking something off my order because it JUST pushed me up to a more expensive shipping cost. They told me to order it seperately, & I did. Really surprised me!

I never get shipping charges in my initial email either, but I've called them before and they can tell you what they are. I have always had good experiences with them. Very fast, orders are right, and very good customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to order them again.

I ordered from them recently. I don't think they emailed me about shipping charges, but there was a problem with my order (their computer system captured only half of it) and they called me and were apologetic and very efficient about fixing the problem. I would definitely order from them again. I agree with what others have suggested--just call them for the shipping charges.
 
I ordered from them for the first time on Sunday night. I got my stuff Thursday. In the initial email stating my order, there are instructions on how to get a bid for the amount of shipping. My shipping was only $5. something for a fitness ball and band. Excellent service! Melissa

I actually live very close to the FW offices and warehouse and have been there a few times also. They are really great and run a great business. I would call the 800 number on the website and get your questions answered, they will be more than happy to help you out.
 
i emailed them this morning and just got a response so i will assume i should see my order by tuesday-wednesday. i ordered from joesnewbalanceoutlet.com for new running shoes and they are also going to arrive on tuesday. they gave me a ups confirmation number just like cathe does. thanks for your help.
