anybody doing Nov rotation?

Just wondering if anybody's doing Cathe's November Rotation??? I started it today.

I just need to FOLLOW something right now....take the thinking away of working out. Not to mention, my attention span for rotations has been equal to a 1st grader's attention span lately. So my mini goal for November is to FINISH THIS ROTATION THROUGH! (unless, of course, we get STS in the meantime. lol).

I'm with ya on the whole attention span thing!;) :D

I like the looks of it and want to do it but I swore I'd finish the rotation I'm doing right now! I have 2 weeks to go...we'll see if I can do it!:p

I need something to get me back on track. And I am starting today :eek::eek:
I'll let you know how it goes.

This is my 1st true rotation, can I switch up a couple of things???

I love GS, and I couldn't decide what I wanted to do this month.

I'm going to do it. I'm starting to tomorrow. I've been a bit off in my workouts lately so really want to stick to this. Anyone interested in a mini check in for the month to keep each other on track?

YAY! Company! Always good to know there are others being tortured along with you! HA!

This is my November goal....to finish this entire month's rotation. I WILL GET ALL THE WAY THRU IT! The last time I got all the way thru a complete rotation was this time last year when I did a 12 week Body For Life rotation. If I can do THAT 12 weeks, I can do THIS 4, right?

Ellie-NO....you canNOT switch anything up. You must do it as produced and not a single change to the entire month! LOL just kidding, of course, but I had to try! lol

I started yesterday. I need structure or I fall apart. I took a job this time last year as a flight attendant and I could only work out with Cathe 3 days a week. (I'm laid off now and that's ok..) but I haven't been able to get my fitness back up to what it was before I took the job. This rotation sounds just right before the holiday madness.

I started today too! I haven't done GS workouts in a while, so I'm looking forward to the month. Plus PS is cool too!

Cathe is a superhero, I swear! How does she lift some of the weights she does on GS? The 10 lb lateral arm raises for shoulders, with the pre-shoulder work ... she is amazing!

And in case you want to have an accountability check in, there's an ongoing rotation check-in over at Check Ins and Challenges! It's listed under "NOV 08" daily. Not everyone is doing the same thing, but there are a few that are doing it this month together!
 
I started this one today. I´ve been slowly rehabing since surgery and did a strength rotation last month so was glad for another one this month. I don´t have the PH series or Slow and Heavy, so I may sub 4DS for some of those.
 
I started this one today too! Thanks Gayle for starting this and Kim I'd do a check in as well! :)

I am having issues with WM and downloading the rotation because I don't have all the DVD's so had to sub some, and it didn't work as planned... anyone else having issues with this?

Anyway, just wanted to pipe in!

I downloaded the rotation as written but changed the dates to starting to today and had no problems.
