i know the giveaway is over but i was wondernig if anybody took advantage of it. i got most of what i ordered,since they ran out early. doing some of them, i have found some really treasures like donna reads all out strength(which is on dvd with a step workout and a ygoa workout),also donna's hi/lo max, and today i just did an older workout Power Aerobics/Power Mat Science(aerobics only,mat later). i am finding them exciting and refreshing.
so far on bomb for me was rob glicks hi-lo fusion. IMO his cueing just wasn't clear enough for me to keep up with the combos,plus i never seemed to be on the correct lead foot. i tried the step portion of two workouts in one and it wasn't to bad. very easy choreography compared to other CIA workouts but i must try the hi-lo workout before i make a better opinion on the workout in general.
i also got the two yoga wisdom workouts. i only did tight hips and lower back and that was a really good workout. of course i did both segments(1 hour and 1/2)so that would stretch anybody out LOL.
i still have more like cardio crazy,step power and pump, and step relvaltions hi/lo temptations,fit to kick,exteme intervals,step surging sculpt that i am trying to work in this month for my "virgin" workout month LOL.
