Any suggestions for quick intense workouts?

For the next week I will barely have enough time to fit in workouts. Any suggestions on some good, tough 30-45 min. workouts would be great. This morning I did Breakthru Body Blast which is an intense interval, circuit all in one in 45 min. I really needed that today.

The Cathe's I have on dvd:
Intensity Series
SB/SJP
CK/CM
IMax/RS/MIC
Body Max is VHS

Any suggestions are appreciated. Oh, I never do warm-ups, so that can be excluded from the time frame. I am constantly running up and down steps in the early morning, so I consider myself pretty warmed up. I figure A-jock will come up with one that will kill me. :7

Thanks!

Rhythmic Step warm-up;
I-Max 2 Blast Only premix, pausing the DVD after each recovery and banging out 24-32 squats, plie squats or lunges

Boot Camp everything but core premix, INCLUDING warm-up; finish off with cardio-only premix omitting warm-up;

Interval Max 2 done My Own Special Way:

I-Max 2 warm-up; then go to the Mix-N-Match feature and:
Select each BLAST in turn, grabbing your weights and banging out the aforementioned squats, plie squats or lunges after each blast; screw the recovery cycles;

I-Max 1 warm-up;
Body Max Power Circuit segment

For a sheer Cardio-Only experience, ya just can't beat:

Boot Camp cardio only premix, including warm-up; AND
Boot Camp cardio only premix, omitting warm-up; AND
Step Blast blasts ONLY (no recovery; select the Blasts from the Chapter menu and "next" over to each consecutive blast)

Also consider for a cardio-only blast:

C-Max warm-up and both hi/lo cycles, fast-forwarding through the first resistance cycle; THEN
MIC hi/lo HIGH segment (mark the DVD to begin 18:45 minutes into the MIC workout)

The BC warm-up, I think, is about 5 minutes long; the kickbox-only premix is about 6 minutes long; and the CK power drills is 15 minutes long. Actually, that'd give you a bit of wiggle room if you want to go to 45 minutes - you could repeat the kb premix OR the CK power drills segments.

Fabbo, you really should consider adding on the CTX dvds to your collection. Especially if you find yourself time-challenged every now and then.

Thanks A-jock for the workouts. I really don't want CTX, I think with all my workouts and the possible premixes I will be alright. I have a couple Christi T. workouts too that can be shortened cardio. She has 2, 20 min. step segments. I will give one of those BC workouts you conjoured up a try. I have a little exta time this morning and I am going to do Imax2 in it's entirity. :7

Ok, I did this one in about 40-45"

Bootcamp: Warm up, kickbox only premix followed by cardio only premix
(did not repeat warm up)
Cardio kicks: starting at sequential power kicks continuing to the end.

this has 3 rounds of the sequential power kicks! It packs high intensity combinations into about 40" then a cool down.

It is a keeper for me! Thank you AJ for the (continued)inspiration.

Intensity Series
SB/SJP
CK/CM
IMax/RS/MIC
Body Max is VHS

SJ&P warm up and hi/lo 1,2,3 (20 min) then SB blast segment (13 min).
CM warm up and two hi/lo circuits (24 min) followed by CK drills segment (16 min).
RS warm up and Imax intervals 1-6.
MIC warm up and hi/lo only then skip to the blast portion of the MIC step.
RS warm up and challenge (20 min) followed by an 4 intervals from Imax 16-20 min depending on which intervals you choose).
SJ&P warm up and step section (21 min) followed by Body Max step section (24 min).
Skip the warm up and go right into MIC's hi/lo section (using the lower-impact section as the warm up to save you some time) followed by RS challenge
Imax II 1-5 premix
Imax II 6-10 premix
Imax II warm up and 2 intervals followed by C&W step only premix
BC lower body and cardio premix followed by core only premix
BC everything but core premix
C&W step only premix followed by BC cardio only premix
BC cardio only premix followed by PLB pyramid down premix

Feel free to omit some of the intervals or segments (ie - do only 6 of BC's cardios instead of all 8) if time permits you from finishing the entire workout.

Personally I would do this with cardio and weights on different days. Try Body max cardio one and upper weights with abs one day. Separate the hi lo and step cardio on MIC. Do I Max Blast Mania on a cardio day. Also you can separate them sa said before. The SB blasts 14 minutes followed by the MIC Intervals at the end which are 16 min. followed by the stretch and a warm up. Cardio only from CK is a good one as well. Pyramid up and Pyramid down upper and lower may be an option. You may have to eliminate abs and add it on on a cardio day. I use SJP as a cardio add on a lot. You could do cardio only here and it is around 35 min. minus w/up and c/d. Just some ideas. AJ gave some great ideas.
