Any Substitution for Push/Pull Video?

Can anyone suggest an alternative the Push/Pull DVD. I have all the Hardcore DVDs and PUB/PLB.

If I remember correctly, Muscle Max has a "Push Pull Premix", does it not?

You could also do the bonus workout on the Pyramid DVD that combines the lower and upper body weights, doing the upward half of the pyramid.
