Any rotations with new series?

Hi everybody,

OK - I just found two of Cathe's rotations: Nov Shock Your Body '06 and Feb '07 Cardio/Muscle Endurance which incorporate the new workouts. Can anyone give me feedback on these two rotations? I'm finishing up Debbie's (aka FitnessFreak) Get ready for Summer Rotation at the end of the month. I'd really love to continue to lose about 5 pounds and keep building nice muscle definition. I'm definitely stronger in my abs! My main priority IS losing in my midsection - legs and arms are looking good from this month! Has anyone had great results with either of these rotations? I really love getting everyone's feedback - Helps me stay focused. TIA!

I think I'm going with the February rotation. Are you doing the 4 week plan or the 5 week plan? I was looking at that rotation, but I don't like the run days - I have to stay in the house while I work out. (There are only 3 days in the Feb. rotation that I'll have to substitute.)
