Hi Josie! I don't know about the beginner DVD's but the advanced DVD contains the following premixes:
- Warmup - 5 min
- All 5 Cardios - 12 min
- Cardio and Lower Body - 26 min
- Cardio and Upper Body - 35 min
- Lower and Upper Body - 38 min
- Upper Body - 21 min
- Lower Body - 13 min
- Stretch - 5 min
It also has a Workout Blender in which the warmup, all 5 cycles, plus the stretch are listed and you can choose to do them in any order. As usual, there's an extensive Mix and Match section as well.
I haven't done it yet, but it looks like a great workout!
