Travel Fit looks great! Question for you Cathe: Do you know if a new band might be included with Travel Fit? Those bands of yours I have now sure are tough and I can't get a full range of motion with them (try as I might )

My favourite photo is the 'Diagonal Lateral Raise w/Plie Squat' which I think is just a fancy way of saying 'groovy 70's disco move' cuz that's exactly what it looks like they're all doing with the bands...hahaha Btw I LOVE the funky green colour of the bands and the stability ball in the shot. I don't believe I've ever seen them before in that shade.

May Cathe and crew forever rock on...
