Any Low/No Weight Circuit W/Os and Non-Step HIIT?

Does anyone have some suggestions for workouts, Cathe or otherwise, that are circuit style, but use only low or no weight (i.e., only your body's weight)? I'm avoiding heavy weights right now, instead doing low weight/high rep training, and it's been going well, so I want to mix in some circuits for more fat loss.

While we're at it, if anyone can recommend some HIIT cardio workouts that are like the Imaxes, but are NOT step workouts, let me know. I'm a bit burned out on step and every time I schedule a step w/o there's a major dread factor, lately. Anyone know a Hi/Lo routine that'll kick my butt like an Imax? I'm don't particularly like kickboxing, but I'm open to anything that'll be a challenge. FYI, I'm a high intermediate/low advanced exerciser. Thanks for any suggestions!
 
For hi/lo, I would suggest Amy Bento's Hi-Lo Xtreme or Hi-Lo Dome Challenge. Her choreography wasn't too hard to follow in these and these give me a great workout that keep my heartrate up. She also has plenty of premixes. I don't know if you have the P90X+ workouts, but Interval X was pretty good although once you do the exercises, he repeats them all again.

Have you tried the hi/lo portion of MIC? I like that one a lot. I also like the hi/lo portion of step, jump and pump - sometimes I do them back to back. I wish I could find more hi/lo like this. A lot of it that I have found is too dancey for me.

I also like Plyo legs from P90x and IntervalX plus from the P90X+ series - not hi/lo, but good non-step cardio that doesn't require a lot of coordination. I have also tried the Abs Diet 2 dvd but for some reason don't like it that much.

For a non-weighted body workout, try UML from the P90 masters series or core synergistics from P90X (weights are used a couple of times, but can be omitted). I also like the full-body workout from Barry's Bootcamp Academy - lots of wall squats and pushups.
 
I would also agree with the Hi/Lo portion of MIC and Core Synergistics for a full body workout. The hi/lo from SJP is good but MIC is a tougher workout.

In addition to Bento's Hi-Lo Xtreme and Hi-Lo Dome Challenge, also consider Bento's All Cardio Hi-Lo Knockout. This is in essence a hi-lo workout, with interval blasts that are kickbox flavored but faster bpms and real burners. In (I think) all three of these, she does a combo and then a blast, then another combo and another blast, and then the two combos combined and mini-blasts; she then repeats that sequence with combos / blasts 3 and 4. I've done each of these once as produced, and I can say they are very, very intense! Although Cathe will always be Da One, Bento is a close second in terms of intensity for hi/lo and boot camp.

I also really like Bento's A-Team Boot Camp (similar in structure to Drill Max, and does incorporate weights and a couple of step-based cardio drills) for the 2-minute cardio blasts; I thought a minute to a minute and a half was the most I could handle for intervals, but these really push you to the wall!

I like Cathe's Circuit Max. It uses light weights (5 and 8 lbs.) and it's tough. This one always makes my heartrate go sky high. Cardio Kicks (on the same DVD) is kickbox with a hi/lo flavor.
 
Cool, thanks guys! I quite like Amy Bento, so I'll look into the DVDs you guys mentioned that I haven't done. I agree that A-Team Boot Camp is a nice tough workout. I like that one a lot!

I'll have to check out MIC's hi/lo. I have it on DVD, but I only really use Imax (the original) out of the three workouts on that compilation. Can't wait to preview. Thanks again!
