Any Ideas on where to start ??...

So today I got CTX series . Slow and heavy Series. Body Max,Maximum Intensity Cardio,Circuit Max,Interval Max. I'm so excited I can't stand it ! LOL Oh and I have more on the way .The Sale started right after I ordered these . So I had to order more !!! I wanted in on the Soon to be collectors Workouts !! LOL

Close your eyes and pick one out and do it! That's the only way I could do it! I have most of those, and I could not even tell you my favorite. I think it depends on what you want to do.

I's say give the original Interval Max a try. It's a killer workout...:)...Carole
