hey guys - so...I haven't done the Pyramid series in a while and MAN, I forgot how hard it can be if you really push the weight. By the bicep segment...my arms were screaming!!

I'm back! Had a great time in the countryside... lying around all day doing nothing!!! Even gave up on running. The weather was too rainy for me to go splashing around in mud pools! :+
Did High Step Challenge yesterday (Monday) and CTX Upper Body Split plus Buts & Guts Abs this a.m. Somehow I got DOMs in my shoulders...
The bicep series on PUB is unreal, I use language to get through that part that you won't find in any dictonary. Think I'll put myself through that torture again on Thursday!
