Hey guys-

4DS Lower Intensity Step this morning again at 4:30. Still hard to get my heart rate up that early. I skipped the calf work because my calfs were bothering me last week - and they are actually the easiest muscle in my body to work. Maybe because step is my favorite.

Hey guys,

I did Interval Max today. Those airborne jumping jacks and tuck jumps on the last blast were killer!
